About Me
Hi there. My name is Rachel, and I'm a fourth generation Montanan. I'm from a beautiful town not far from Missoula, called Paradise. I grew up climbing the mountains behind our home and fishing in the local ponds and river.

Eventually I moved to the "big" city of Missoula to start my life and raise my kiddos. But, this is my massage story, so lets get to that...

During my own health journey, I discovered that the mind and body are deeply connected. Embracing a healthy diet and regular exercise brought about big changes in my life.

Through my exploration, I also discovered the incredible benefits of massage therapy. It helped me relax both my muscles and my mind. This experience inspired me to learn how to provide this healing touch to others who are on their own healing journeys.

I attended the respected Sacred Roots Massage School of Montana and became a licensed massage therapist in our great state. Since then, I've had the privilege of working with many different clients who carry their own stresses and physical discomforts. It brings me so much happiness to help improve their well-being and be a support system for them.

Many people seek a gentle touch and complete relaxation during a massage session. Swedish massage is a great choice for that. But I also understand that some people need help with specific pain issues. Neck and shoulder pain is a common problem, especially for those who spend long hours at their desks. In those cases, a deep tissue or combination massage can be a helpful tool for their recovery.

Whatever your goals are for your massage, know that your well-being is my top priority. I'll listen closely to your needs and guide you on a path toward better balance and harmony.
